Add a new column

  1. Right-click a column header of the table with data.
  2. Choose Adjust Columns in the shortcut menu.
  3. Click the button Add Column .
  4. In the dialog box Add Column, check the column(s) you want to add.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Where applicable, change the column sequence and / or the column name.
  7. Uncheck Auto Save if you do not yet want to save the modifications permanently.
  8. Click Finish.
