Add a new column
- Right-click a column header of the table with data.
- Choose Adjust Columns in the shortcut menu.
- Click the button Add Column .
- In the dialog box Add Column, check the column(s) you want to add.
- Click OK.
- Where applicable, change the column sequence and / or the column name.
- Uncheck Auto Save if you do not yet want to save the modifications permanently.
- Click Finish.
