The Objective T&A (Time & Attendance) module allows managing the attendances and absences of employees.

The attendance clocking of the employees (via registration terminals or web app) are validated against their pre-defined planning using free to define company rules, resulting in reported hours and anomaly detection. After correction and/or approval of the registered hours, the data is ready to be interfaced with the payroll system.

Several T&A functionalities are available as self-service via the web browser, like requesting and approving holidays, consulting the balances of holiday or overtime counters and consulting the planning.

Info clockings (the registrations of e.g. business trips) and manual or automatic cost center clockings are also possible. Via cost centers, an accounting analysis of the performances can be made. Payroll calculation by performance can be further divided by a distribution per cost center.
