Add a new special day (attendance)

You can create special days specific to an employee or attendance group. The general special days can be applied to all employees. If, for example, not the entire company has collective leave, the collective leave must be entered at the level of the attendance group.

You can set a period as special day. An special day will be generated automatically for each day of the period.

  1. Choose Attendance Management > Exceptions in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the tab Special Days.
  3. Click Add Special Day .
  4. In the dialog box Add Special Day Wizard, complete the fields below in the option group Period:

    From Click , select the start date of the special days and click OK.
    Until Click , select the end date of the special days and click OK.
  5. In the dialog box Add Special Day Wizard, complete the fields below in the option group Special Day:

    Name The name of the special day.
    Description The description of the special attendance day.
    Category Mandatory field, to assign an individual category.
  6. Click Finish.
