Attendance Groups

The attendance group of an employee determines the employee's schedule. The attendance pattern of this group of employees is set in the attendance group.

For alternating patterns, set the future starting date for a certain pattern. The Monday in the week of this date is used as a reference.

Rules can be applied to an attendance group. (module T&A required)

As a result you only need to add an employee to an attendance group to have all the rules of that attendance group apply to the employee.
