  Show the availabilities totals
  
  
    The requirements totals, remaining requirements and assignments can be displayed in the requirements pane.
    - 
        Choose  in the Navigation Pane.
      
 - 
        Select a planning cell.
      
 - 
        Choose the tab Planning in the Data Pane.
      
 - 
        Right-click the column headers in the availability pane and choose Adjust Preferences in the shortcut menu.
      
 - 
        Choose the tab Totals.
      
 - 
        Where applicable, check one or more of the following options:
        
          - Show the sum of total availability
 
          - Show the sum of the remaining availability
 
          - Show total unavailability
 
          - Show unavailability by absence code, and choose a value from the drop-down menu (set for each project).
 
          - Show total assigned
 
        
       - 
          Click Finish.
