First:
The open holiday requests must be displayed in the planning before you can process holiday requests in the availability pane of the planning. See Show the holiday requests in the availability pane.

Choose in the Navigation Pane.

Select the planning cell.

Choose the tab Planning in the Data Pane.

Use a time filter to select the desired period.

Select one or more cells with open holiday requests
in the availability pane.

Right-click the selection and choose Reject Holiday Requests in the shortcut menu.

Select the holiday requests you want to reject.

Click Next.

Where applicable, in the option group Comment, you can add an explanation on the rejection of the holiday request. The comment can be read by the employee via the Webclient.

Click Finish.
The holiday request icon disappears.
