Edit the access schedule

  1. Choose Access Management > Access Schedules in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the access schedule from the Data Pane.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Edit Access Schedule .
    • Right-click the selection and choose Edit Access Schedule in the shortcut menu.
  4. In the option group Access Schedule of the dialog box Wizard New Access Schedule, edit the fields below:

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the access schedule.

    For example: Office, Always, Production,...

    Description

    The description of the access schedule.

    For example: Access during office hours, continuous access, access during production hours,...

  5. Select a day from the option group Access Days.
  6. Click Add Access Day .
  7. Select an access day.
  8. Click Finish.
  9. Repeat steps 4 up to and including 7 until the entire access schedule is set.
  10. Click Finish.
    At least 1 access day should be added to the access schedule!
