The total tool requirements can be shown for all the resources of a department, resource group, planning cell or for a number of selected machines and/or work centers.

Choose Production Management in the Navigation Pane.

Click the element Departments, Machines, (External) Work Centers, Resource Groups or Planning Cells.

Do one of the following:
- Choose a department, machine, (external) work center, resource group or planning cell.
- Choose My 'Element'.
- Choose a filter.

Choose the tab Planning.

Click Show Total Tool Requirements
.

Click Refresh Data
.

Click + to open the resource.
The total tool requirements appear in the Gantt diagram, at the bottom of the list of resources.
