Add an aggregation

  1. Choose System Management > MES Settings > Data Aggregation Settings in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose Configuration > Data Aggregation Sets in the Data Pane.
  3. Select the data aggregation set.
  4. Select the tab Aggregations.
  5. Click Add Aggregation .
  6. In the drop-down menu Type select one of the following options:
    • Hour
    • Day
    • Week layout
    • Shift
    • Job
    • Relative, enter the number of hours in the #Hour field. For example: if you enter 2, the data for the last 2 hours are summarized and displayed. The minimum value is 1.
    For Hour, Day, Week, Shift and Job the collected data are displayed according to the chosen option. For example, for the hour option, the summary of the oven temperature between 1 pm and 2 pm will be displayed.
  7. Check the option State Based if the summary for each machine status must be displayed.
    In addition to the segments Setup, Load, Production, Job Unload, Reset the machine status is also the status IDLE when there are no jobs and the status HELD when the machine stops during a job.
  8. Check the option Job Based if the summary for each machine job must be displayed.
  9. Click Finish.
    When you add or edit an aggregation, you must set the data collection parameter offline and back to online to implement the changes. See Take a data collection parameter offline.
