Privileges are preferably grouped by function in a user profile. In order to assign all required privileges grouped in that user profile, assign the user profile to an employee. Privileges can also be assigned to an employee separately.

        Choose  in the Navigation Pane.

          Select an employee.
        
 - 
        Choose vertical tab General > sub tab User Profiles.
      
 - 
        Choose the user profile CUSTOM.

        Choose the tab Privileges and click Manage Privileges

        In the Wizard Manage Privileges, check the privileges that you want to assign to a user profile.

        Click Finish.

              - Privileges can only be assigned to an employee through the default user profile CUSTOM.
 
              - Privileges grouped in other user profiles can only be viewed.
