Edit the visualization of text

  1. Click the tab Resource View.
  2. Select the resource view in the Data Pane.
  3. Click the text for which you want to edit the visualization.
  4. Click the tab Visualization.
  5. In the option group Position you can set the position and the dimensions of the text box in pixels.
    • X and Y indicate by how many pixels the text box upper left corner is moved compared to the upper left corner of the resource. A zone is available to display the name of the resource.
    • Width and Height indicate the width and height of the text box in pixels.
    • You can also change the position of the text box by clicking in the text box and dragging it to the desired position.
    • Or you can change the dimensions of the text box using the sizing handles.
  6. In the option group Font type click Choose Font to change the font of the text.
  7. Click the drop down menu Alignment to choose the text alignment in the text box (Align left, Center, Align right).
  8. Click the drop-down list Color to choose a color for the text.
  9. Indicate in the option group Background what the background of the text box should look like:
    • Transparent, the background is transparent.
    • Fixed, the background is displayed in a fixed color.
  10. In the option group Borders, set the Default Borders for the text box.
    • NONE, no border.
    • LOWERED BEVEL, lowered border.
    • RAISED BEVEL, raised border.
    • LOWERED ETCH, lowered etched border.
    • RAISED ETCH, raised etched border.
    • LINE, a frame around the text. In this case, a color for this frame can be chosen via the option Color.
