Availabilities analysis

Availabilities can be analyzed for a specific period. Availabilities can be sorted and filtered and analyzed further via the Pareto and the summary.

  1. Choose Capacity Management > Planning Cells or Employees in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Select the planning cell or the employee under My Planning cells or My Employees in the Navigation Pane.
  3. Choose the tab Analysis > Availabilities Analysis in the Data Pane.
  4. Use a time filter to select the desired period.
  5. Analyze the data further by sorting, filtering or creating a Pareto and/or summary.
    • The tab Details provides detailed information on the selected availabilities.
    • The tab Assignments displays to which skill the availability is assigned and the quantity that is assigned.
