Set mail profiles

In mail profiles settings you can set who the holiday request should be sent to depending on the various statuses (pending, confirmed, approved, rejected, aborted).
  1. Choose System Management > TA Settings > Holiday Request Settings in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose Configuration > Mail profiles in the Data Pane.
  3. Click New Mail Profile .
  4. In the dialog box Wizard New Mail Profile, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation
    Name The name of the mail profile.
    Description The description of the mail profile.
    Enabled Check when the mail profile should be active.
    Valid From Click and select the start date of the mail profile.
    Valid Until Click and select the end date of the mail profile.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Choose Details > Pending
  7. Enter the fields below:

    To Where applicable, check and enter the email address of the employee who should receive an email regarding the status of the holiday request.
    Cc Where applicable, check and enter the email address of the employee who should receive a copy of the email regarding the status of the holiday request.
    Bcc Where applicable, check and enter the email address of the employee who should receive a blind copy of the email regarding the status of the holiday request.
    Notify the employee who requested the holiday This option is checked by default. The employee who has requested the holiday will receive an email regarding the status of this holiday request.
  8. Where applicable, in the option group Message, edit the subject and text of the email.
  9. Choose the sub tab Confirmed and repeat steps 7 and 8.
  10. Choose the sub tab Approved and repeat steps 7 and 8.
  11. Choose the sub tab Rejected and repeat steps 7 and 8.
  12. Choose the sub tab Aborted and repeat steps 7 and 8.
  13. Add employees, employee groups, departments or attendance groups that must use this mail profile.
