The supervisor can disable an info clocking for days that have not yet been approved. An automatic info clocking can only be disabled, not removed. A manual info clocking can also be disabled. In this way you can track the history and the clocking can be re-enabled without having to re-enter it manually.

        Choose Attendance Management in the Navigation Pane.
      
 - 
        Choose the element Employees, Employee Groups or Departments in the Navigation Pane.
      
 - 
        Do one of the following:
        
          - Select a filter.
 
          - Select My 'Element'.
 
          - Select one employee, employee group or department.
 
        
       - 
        Choose the tab  in the Data Pane.
      
 - 
        Select a planned day of an employee in the overview.
      
 - 
        Choose the sub tab .
      
 - 
        Select the info clocking.
      
 - 
        Do one of the following:
        
          - Click Disable Clocking

          - Right-click the selection and choose Disable Clocking in the shortcut menu.
 
        
       - 
        Confirm in the dialog box Disable Clocking.
        
The clocking is now in gray italics.
