Gantt overview of the attendance
The Gantt diagram shows a graphic display of the planning. The attendance overview can be displayed by the Gantt diagram in two ways:
- Per employee, by default, a monthly overview is displayed.
- For various employees (per employee group, per department), by default, an overview of the current day is displayed. You can edit the period via the time filter.
The Gantt diagram uses the following color codes by default:
- Green: Planned attendance
- Red: Planned absence
- Blue: Actual attendance
- Yellow: Start time without stop
 | The yellow color is usually displayed on the current day. If someone has forgotten to clock out, it is possible that the previous day(s) are also marked yellow. This has to be corrected manually. |
