Remove hours from a day counter

After processing daily data, the day counters are generated. The supervisor can remove hours from a day counter after processing (but before approval!).

  1. Choose Attendance Management in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the element Employees, Employee Groups or Departments in the Navigation Pane.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select a filter.
    • Select My 'Element'.
    • Select one employee, employee group or department.
  4. Choose the tab Attendance Overview > Overview in the Data Pane.
  5. Where applicable, you can use a time filter to enter the desired period. See Use a time filter.
  6. Right-click the code or value and choose Remove Hours in the shortcut menu.
