Color From the drop-down menu, select the color to represent the balance code.
  4. In the option group Limits, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation
    Minimum Value

Check and enter the minimum value for the balance code in the unit set above (hours and minutes, days, or numbers).

Enter the code of the anomaly reason or click Filter Anomaly Reasons , select an anomaly reason and click Finish.

The minimum value decides whether you can overrun a certain value when writing off on this counter. If the anomaly reason defined previously is of the type 'warning', the user (both webclient and supervisor) will get a warning that the balance has overrun the minimum value. However, it is still possible to write off the requested value (with overruns as a result). If the anomaly reason is 'error', the value cannot be overrun.

    Maximum Value

Check and enter the maximum value for the balance code in the unit set above (hours and minutes, days, or numbers).

Enter the code of the anomaly reason or click Filter Anomaly Reasons , select an anomaly reason and click Finish.

The maximum value decides whether you can overrun a certain value when writing off on this counter. If the anomaly reason defined previously is of the type 'warning', the user (both webclient and supervisor) will get a warning that the balance has overrun the maximum value. However, it is still possible to write off the requested value (with overruns as a result). If the anomaly reason is 'error', the value cannot be overrun.

  5. Click Finish.
The properties of a balance code can still be modified afterward via the sub tab Properties (except unit).
  6. Where applicable, add free fields. See Edit free fields via tab (Configurator).
